Elisabetta is a woman who believes in fulfilling her dreams. In Franciacorta, where she was born, she had fallen in love with a Pinot Nero vineyard in Provaglio d'Iseo, which gave birth to the production of organic Franciacorta, naming the winery by her own name:
Strengthened by this experience and thanks to the meeting with the Urzì family, family that carries the seafaring nature of children of the Gulf of Etna, that"Sciare dell'Alba" was born: our story is a tale of a territory where Earth and Sea find their synthesis in the essence of the Volcano itself.
